Europe is what we make it

FIC is strongly committed to European activities taking place locally in Denmark and in different European countries. FIC has participated in many different European joint projects with organizations across Europe and is member of the European network SOLIDAR.

A social and democratic Europe

In all FIC’s European activities, the focus is on Europe’s social challenges with high unemployment, especially youth unemployment, increased poverty, inequality in Europe, labour mobility, social dumping, etc. In addition, FIC´s work aims at strengthening civil society in EU policy in each country and in relation to the European Parliament, the European Commission and the European Council.

Educational work

In Denmark, FIC is responsible for various debates and information activities on European issues, including youth unemployment and other global challenges facing Europe.

FIC carries out various debates and information activities on European issues about youth unemployment and other global challenges facing Europe. The informational work is conducted in cooperation with FIC volunteers in the regional committees, Global Seniors and FIC SOLIDAR Youth.
